1 – Definitions and Interpretation

a) The following expressions shall have the following meanings in these Terms and Conditions:

• "we", "us", “our”, "Company" and “Emtyaztravel.com” mean Emtyaz Travel for Tourism, a company registered in Egypt under Commercial Register No. 62681, with its main office at 16A Obour Buildings – Salah Salem, Cairo, Egypt.

• "you" and “your” mean the individual person creating an account with us and/or booking a reservation through our website or through our customer support team.

b) In these Terms and Conditions (except where the context requires):

• Clause headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation;

• The singular includes the plural and vice versa;

• Any gender includes the other genders.

c) Your use of our website and all bookings made through us are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which we may amend at our sole discretion at any time. You agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your booking.

2 – General Terms and Conditions

a) The information, software, products and services published or displayed on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Emtyaztravel.com is not liable for inaccuracies relating to, among other things, photographs, descriptions, changes in hotel facilities, or amenities.

b) Emtyaztravel.com sells tour packages, transfers, activities, excursions, Nile Cruises, accommodations, and travel services. Information such as itineraries, timings, pick-up locations, domestic flights, Nile Cruise schedules, or sightseeing visits may be subject to change due to operational, weather-related, or governmental reasons. We will always provide similar or better alternatives when required.

c) Hotel ratings displayed on the website are general guidelines only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, and reliance on such ratings is at your own risk.

d) Emtyaztravel.com and its suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of broken cancellation policy, strike, force majeure, or any cause beyond our direct control.

e) You are responsible for ensuring you possess valid passports, visas, permits, health documents and any other necessary travel requirements. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to obtain required documentation.

f) Taxes applied to services sold on our website comply with Egyptian law. All prices listed include taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

g) Currency rates shown on the website are indicative and may vary. Rates are not updated daily and are for guidance only.

3 – Booking Conditions

a) Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and an official confirmation email + voucher is issued by Emtyaztravel.com. A booking request is not considered confirmed until you receive this official confirmation.

b) Emtyaztravel.com is not responsible for any error in the information you provide, including incorrect names, passport data, dates, email addresses, or phone numbers.

c) Domestic flight schedules are controlled by airlines and may change without prior notice. We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, re-routings or rescheduling.

d) The order of sightseeing visits in any tour may be adjusted by our operations team due to weather, traffic, governmental restrictions, or Nile Cruise sailing schedules.

e) You are responsible for ensuring all passport details, names, dates and personal information submitted to us are accurate. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information.

4 – Acceptable Use

a) By using this website, you agree that you will not:

• extract, copy, reproduce, or display any material or data (including pricing and availability) from this website using spiders, robots, scraping tools, or any similar method;

• use our website to provide travel services to others without authorization;

• use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

b) To make a booking on Emtyaztravel.com, you must be at least 16 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country). By booking with us, you confirm that you have legal authority to do so.

c) All website content is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights owned by Emtyaztravel.com or its suppliers.

d) Emtyaztravel.com may deny access to the website, take legal action, or disclose information to authorities if any misuse or breach of these terms is detected.

e) If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the website.

5 – Client Responsibilities

a) You must arrive on time for all pick-up services, tours, transfers, and flights. Failure to show up on time will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

b) Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. We are not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to incomplete travel documents.

c) You must follow instructions provided by our guides, drivers, and representatives for your safety. We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to follow guidance.

d) You must check all booking confirmations upon receipt and notify us immediately of any errors.

6 – Changes by Suppliers

Nile Cruise operators, airlines, and sightseeing authorities may modify schedules, sailing times, docking locations, domestic flights, or entry rules at any time. Such changes are outside our control.
When necessary, we will provide the closest possible alternative of equal or higher value.

7 – Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Emtyaztravel.com, its employees, officers, agents, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, or expenses (of any kind) brought by any third party arising from your use of this website or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8 – Force Majeure

Emtyaztravel.com shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, epidemics, government restrictions, internet outages, airline delays, cruise changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from use of our website or services.

10 – No Joint Venture

Your use of this website does not create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Emtyaztravel.com.

11 – Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

12 – Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in this website and in these Terms & Conditions (including all intellectual property rights) are fully reserved by Emtyaztravel.com.
